Global Interview Settings
Learn how to configure company-wide defaults for communication analysis, fraud detection, and integrity settings.
What are interview settings?
Interview settings are company-wide defaults found under AI Interview Settings → Interview Settings. These apply across all of your interviews.
Admin only
Only admins can change interview settings.
Timelines
- SLA (Recruiter Response Commitment) — Set the response window (in days) for getting back to a candidate. When enabled, the default "next steps" answer in Additional Context will include your SLA timeline.
Communication
- Communication analysis — Analyze clarity and effectiveness of candidate responses. When turned on, each candidate is scored on clarity, fluency, structure, confidence, engagement, and vocabulary.
- Detect long-winded answers — Flag overly long or rambling answers.
Integrity
- Ezra Cheat Detection — Detect if a candidate is reading from a script or using a cheating tool such as ChatGPT.
- Detect unlikely information — Flag improbable or exaggerated claims, and spot inconsistencies between what a candidate says during an interview and their resume. Requires ATS integration.
- Resume fraud analysis — Look for suspicious signals in the resume, including writing style inconsistencies, unlikely information, and metadata inconsistencies. Requires ATS integration.
- Fraud detection — Advanced fraud analysis to verify candidate authenticity.
Danger zone
The Reset button at the bottom of the page erases all current interview settings and starts the setup process from scratch. This action is irreversible.
