Invite via ATS
The recommended way to invite candidates is through your ATS. This method automatically attributes each interview to the right candidate and syncs results back to their profile — no manual tracking needed.

Which jobs are eligible?
Any Ezra job that has synced to your ATS is eligible for ATS invitations. This includes jobs you imported from your ATS as well as jobs you created manually in Ezra — as long as the job is trained and synced, candidates can be invited through the ATS.
How it works
The exact steps for inviting candidates vary depending on your ATS provider. Please refer to your ATS-specific documentation or reach out to the Ezra support team for guidance on your setup.
When a candidate is invited through your ATS, Ezra automatically:
- Creates a unique interview link for the candidate
- Attributes the interview to the correct job and candidate profile
- Syncs results back to the candidate's profile in your ATS
