Connect to Your ATS

Ezra integrates directly with your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) so you can import jobs, invite candidates, and sync results — all without leaving your existing workflow.

Admin setup required

This is a one-time setup performed by a company admin. It requires a live call with the Ezra support team.

Before you begin​

What happens during the setup call​

The Ezra team will walk you through setting up your ATS integration, and familiarize you and your team with how the integration functions.

After setup​

Once integration is live:

  • Import job postings — Pull open job postings from your ATS directly into Ezra (see Import a Job Posting from ATS)
  • Invite candidates — Move a candidate to the Ezra Screen stage in your ATS to trigger an automatic invite (see Invite via ATS)
  • Review results — Scores and completion status sync automatically back to candidate profiles in your ATS (see Reviewing Results)
