Import a Job Posting from ATS

If your ATS integration is set up, you can pull open job postings directly into Ezra rather than uploading a job description manually.

Prerequisites

Your company's ATS integration must be configured first. See Connect to Your ATS.

Steps

1. Go to My Interviews in the Ezra sidebar
2. Click Add an Interview
3. Under Import from ATS, click Import Job
4. A list of your open job postings from the ATS will appear
5. Select the job posting you want to create an interview for
6. Click Import

Ezra will pull in the job title, description, and any other available role details.

After importing

• Review the auto-populated role details and make any edits
• Click Continue to move on to training Ezra for this role
• Your next step is Step 2: Review role details in Create and Train an Interview
