Invite via Public Link

If you don't have an ATS integration or want to share an interview link manually, you can copy a public invite link directly from Ezra.

  1. Go to My Interviews
  2. Select the interview you want to share
  3. Click Invite candidates
  4. Click Copy candidate invitation link

You can share this link over email, LinkedIn, or any other channel.

How it works​

A public link is a single, shareable URL for an interview. Candidates who click it will be asked to enter their email address so Ezra can attribute their results. The same link can be shared with as many candidates as you'd like.

All interview results are available in Ezra. If you also use an ATS integration and want results to sync back automatically, see Invite via ATS.

Candidate experience​

Once a candidate clicks the link:

  1. They're prompted to enter their email address
  2. They see an overview of the interview (company, role, estimated duration)
  3. They complete a quick audio/video check
  4. Ezra conducts the interview
  5. They see a confirmation screen when done

No downloads are required. The interview works directly in the browser.
